Details of the Agreement The parties entered into the agreement so as to provide consent to the surrender which will take effect upon registration. The parties agree to the validating of any future acts invalidly done by the state in the agreement area prior to registration and that the acts are valid and are taken to always have been valid. Commencement The agreement commences on the commencement date. Native title provisions The Right to negotiate is not intended to apply to the surrender. Native title in the ILUA Area The Mandandanji people's application to claim native title rights was successfully registered on 06/11/2008. |
