Details of the Agreement Commencement The Extract identifies the start date of the Agreement as 11 February 2013. The Agreement was registered with the National Native Title Tribunal on 20 March 2014. The Extract does not stipulate a specific end date for the ILUA. Agreement The Agreement operates to provide the parties' consent to specified 'Agreed Acts'. These 'Agreed Acts' are outlined in the Extract as follows: a) The surrender to the Northern Territory of all native title rights and interests in the land within the ILUA Area; b) The surrender of native title under the ILUA is intended to extinguish all native title rights and interests in the Land, in accordance with s 24EB(1)(d) Native Title Act 1993 (Cth); Future Acts The Central Land Council consents to the grant of freehold title over, and infrastructure construction on, the Land to the extent that such grant or construction would constitute a future act.
