Commencement

This ILUA was registered with the National Native Title Tribunal (NNTT) on 25 March 2014.

The Extract does not note specific start or end dates for this Body Corporate Agreement.

The Extract does state, however, that the Agreement commences on the Date of Registration, being 25 March 2014. The Agreement operates for an indefinite term.

Native Title Provisions

The Agreement does not contain any statements of a kind mentioned in either s24EB(1) or s24EBA(1) or (4) of the Native Title Act.
