Details of the agreement Commencement The Agreement commences operative effect on 7 July 2014, however was registered with the National Native Title Tribunal (NNTT) on 21 October 2014. The Extract does not specify an end fate for the Agreement. Native Title Provisions The Agreement does not include any statements mentioned in subsection 24EB(1) or 24EBA(1) or (4) of the Native Title Act. Native Title in the ILUA Area The Agreement Area includes part of the Pastoral Lease 3114/1271 (Blina) - (Crown Lease 402-1992). This falls within the external boundary of Native Title Determination application WAD6099/98 Nyikina and Mangala (WC1999/025). A Consent Determination was made by the Federal Court on 29 May 2014 in relation to part of the application area (Watson on behalf of the Nyikina Mangala People v State of Western Australia (No 6) [2014] FCA 545).
