Summary Information:
MMG Century Ltd (formally known as Pasminco Century Mine Limited) processed zinc, lead, and silver. MMG ceased processing operations at Century in early 2016 and ownership of the Century Mine passed to New Century Resources (https://www.newcenturyresources.com/century-mine-project/). MMG was formed in 2009 when its major shareholder, China Metals Corporation (CMC), purchased the majority of OZ Minerals Limited's assets. The Century Mine Project in the Lower Gulf of Carpentaria was one of those assets. MMG (formerly known as 'Minerals and Metal Group') is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, it was also listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) in 2015, but was delisted and ceased trading on the ASX on 4 December 2019.
