	The Agreement Area means the geographical area to which this Agreement applies , being portion of the Pastoral Lease Number 2412 recorded in Crown Lease Register book Volume 1323 Folio 22 known as Kalamurina and part of Pastoral Lease Number 2534 recorded in Crown Lease Register book Volume 1628 Folio 21 known as Kallakoopah West to which the determination of native title in the Wangkangurru Yarluyandi Native Title Claim SAD6016 of 1998 applies, excluding any public roads.
Legal Status:	Registered with the National Native Title Tribunal on the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements on 13 January 2015. This is a Body Corporate Agreement under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth).

Wangkangurru Yarluyandi Pastoral Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) is a Body Corporate Agreement between: - The Attorney-General on behalf of the State of South Australia; - Australian Wildlife Conservancy ACN 068 572 556; and - Wangkangurru Yarluyandi Aboriginal Corporation. The purpose of the Agreement is to provide for the doing of certain Future Acts within the Agreement Area.

Commencement This ILUA was registered with the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements on 13 January 2015. The Extract does not provide a specific start or end date for the Agreement. However, the Extract notes that the Agreement commences on the Commencement Date and continues indefinitely unless it is terminated or deregistered. The Commencement Date is defined as the date on which the Agreement is registered and entered on the register, being 13 January 2015. Native Title Provisions The Extract notes that the Agreement includes no statements mentioned in subsection 24EB(1) or 24EBA(1) or (4) of the Native Title Act. Native Title in the ILUA Area The Agreement Area includes the Consent Determination of the Federal Court of Australia made in favour of the Wangkangurru Yarluyandi People in relation to the Wangkangurru Yarluyandi Native Tittle Claim on 3 October 2014.
