	The Agreement Area means the geographical area to which this Agreement applies , being the whole of Pastoral Lease Number 2390 recorded in Crown Lease Register Book Volume 1327 Folio 10 known as Alton Downs (excluding all public roads) and the whole of Pastoral Lease Number 2413 recorded in Crown Lease Register Book Volume 1323 Folio 33 known as Andrewilla (excluding all public roads).

The purpose of the Agreement is to provide for the doing of certain Future Acts within the Agreement Area.

Commencement This ILUA was registered with the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements on 13 January 2015. The Extract does not provide a specific start or end date for the Agreement. However, the Extract notes that the Agreement commences on the Commencement Date and continues indefinitely unless it is terminated or deregistered. The Commencement Date is defined as the date on which the Agreement is registered and entered on the register, being 13 January 2015. Native Title Provisions The Extract notes that the Agreement includes no statements mentioned in subsection 24EB(1) or 24EBA(1) or (4) of the Native Title Act. Native Title in the ILUA Area The Agreement Area includes the Consent Determination of the Federal Court of Australia made in favour of the Wangkangurru Yarluyandi People in relation to the Wangkangurru Yarluyandi Native Tittle Claim on 3 October 2014.
