Commencement

This ILUA was registered with the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements on 25 February 2015.

The Extract does not provide a specific start or end date for the Agreement.

The Extract does note, however, that the Agreement commences on the Execution Date. Clause 4 of the Agreement commences on the Date of Registration, being 25 February 2015

The Extract does not define 'Execution Date.'

Native Title Provisions

The Parties to the Agreement consent to the Surrender. Surrender will extinguish any Native Title in relation to the Agreement Area.

The Surrender will take immediate effect before the grant of any freehold title over the Agreement Area to:

- Ezio Peter Craperi, Dion Peter Craperi, Natasha Maree Craperi and
Melissa Ruth Deveth; and
- Stephen Joseph Cockfield and Glenda Ann Cockfield.

Subdivision P, Part 2, Division 3 - the right to Negotiate- of the Native Title Act is not intended to apply to the Surrender.

Native Title in the ILUA Area

The Agreement Area includes all of the land and waters within that part of Lot 141 on Plan NPW 1152 located within the Native Title Determination application QUD554 of 2010 Juru People (QC2013/010).
