The NSW Aboriginal Health Partnership Agreement 2015-2025 ('the Agreement') recognises the ongoing partnership between the NSW Government health portfolio and the peak body for community-controlled health services in New South Wales in the joint endeavour to improve health and well being outcomes for Aboriginal people in NSW.

Detailed Information:
The Agreement reaffirms the 20-year-strong partnership, and recognises that community-controlled health services promote the right to self-determination and delivers culturally appropriate primary health care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. The partnership responsibilities include ensuring that Aboriginal health remains a priority for Closing the Gap; and is an integral part of NSW Health services.

Partnership meetings are to be scheduled as agreed and will be co-chaired by both parties, and have agendas jointly determined.
