The Wulli Wulli People/Dawson Vale East Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was agreed between Elliot Anderson & others (Wulli Wulli Party) and Keith Douglas Palmer together with Garry Thomas Palmer.

The agreement covers about 70 sq km, located about 31 km southeast of Cracow.

The purpose of the ILUA is to provide consent for a range of acts regarding the access to and use of pastoral leases.

The Native Title Representative Body for the area is Queensland South Native Title Services Ltd.

Details of the Agreement:

The agreement covers a pastoral leasehold of about 70 sq km, located east of Taroom and about 31 km south-east of Cracow.

Commencement:

The ILUA commenced on the date the Wulli Wulli People's determination of native title over the area was made (29 January 2016).
It will continue until either the pastoral lease comes to an end or the ILUA is removed from the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements.

Native Title Provisions:

No activities by the non-native title party of this agreement extinguishs native title, or affects the right of the parties to negotiate.

Native Title in the ILUA Area:

The ILUA area is within the area of native title recognised by the Federal Court in the proceeding Anderson on behalf of the Wulli Wulli People v State of Queensland (No #3) [2015] FCA 821.
