Details of the Agreement: The ILUA is located in Unincorporated Areas in South Australia. The agreement area covers about 40,250 sq km, located in the vicinity of Innamincka, in the north east corner of South Australia. Commencement The ILUA commenced on 16 December 2015. Native Title Provisions The ILUA does have statements that reference subsection 24EB(1) or 24EBA(1) or (4) of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth). Background to the Agreement The ILUA is to set a body corporate agreement. Native Title in the ILUA Area The ILUA is in the native title claim area of the Yandruwandha / Yawarrawarrka people. |
