The parties agree to a surrender of native title rights in any Revenue Share Lots. Native Title in the ILUA Area: The ILUA is in the native title claim area of Lynette Gail Blucher & Ors on behalf of the Gaangalu Nation People v State of Queensland & Ors (Gaangalu Nation People) (QUD400/2012) which is still before the Federal Court of Australia.
