The Eringa Native Title Group's native title rights and interests were recognised in the Federal Court of Australia (FCA) consent determination King on behalf of the Eringa Native Title Claim Group v State of South Australia [2011] FCA 1386 (FCA) File Nos.: SAD6010, SAD2010; National Native Tribunal No.: SCD2011/003). |
