The Collinsville, Scottsville and District Historical Society Inc. opened its Historical Display Centre in May 2014 at 81 Garrick St, Collinsville, Queensland (see web address above).

It is a party to the Birriah People and Collinsville, Scottsville and District Historical Society Inc Indigenous Land Use Agreement (National Native Tribunal File No.: QI2019/001). This agreement with the Birriah Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC allows for the appointment of the Society to act as trustee for Reserve land subject to native title rights and interests at Scottsville to be used and managed by the Society for cultural and historical prurposes.
