The Bundi Yamatji Aboriginal Corporation is the registered native title body corporate nominated as trustee of the Yamatji Nation's native title as determined by consent in Taylor on behalf the Yamatji Nation Claim v State of Western Australia [2020] FCA 42. The determination came into effect on 30 July 2020 (the date that the associated Yamatji Nation Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was registered). The Bundi Yamatji Aboriginal Corporation is a signatory to the ILUA. | ||
