Details of the Agreement: Agreement area: The ILUA consists of three parcels of Crown Land:
Commencement: The ILUA is binding from the date it was signed by all the parties, 15 February 2020. It has effect as an ILUA, and in relation to the future acts, from the registration date, 1 September 2010. Termination: The termination details of this ILUA are not specified in the Extract attached below. Native Title Provisions: Right to negotiate: The right to negotiate provisions of the NTA apply, as the ILUA has not stated otherwise. Extinguishment: The parties agree that the non-extinguishment principle applies. This means that any of the activities authorised under this ILUA which may be inconsistent with native title rights and interests do not extinguish these rights and interests, instead they are revived when the activities are finished.
