The Nyiyaparli People #3 and BHP Billiton Comprehensive Agreement Further Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was agreed, under the provisions of the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth), between the Nyiyaparli Applicants and BHP Billiton Iron Ore Pty Ltd for and on behalf of others named in the Extract. The purpose of the ILUA is to provide the Nyiyaparli People's consent to BHP Billiton Pty Ltd's iron ore business inside the further ILUA area. The Native Title Representative Body for this area is the Central Desert Native Title Services and the Yamatji Marlpa Aboriginal Corporation. | ||
