On behalf of the Combined Dulabed and Malanbarra Yidinji People, Len Royee and Lorraine Muckan are parties to the Wooroonooran Indigenous Land Use Agreement (National Native Title Tribunal File No. QI2010/001).

Len Royee is a member of the Malanbarra Yidinji People, while Lorraine Muckan is a member of the Dulabed People. The Combined Dulabed and Malanbarra Yidinji People became recognised native title holders with respect to approximately 166.6 square kilometres of land and waters in the upper Mulgrave River basin in Far North Queensland following a consent determination of native title in the proceeding QUD 6012 of 2001 by the Federal Court of Australia.
