Summary Information:
The Land Act 1933 (WA) was repealed by the Land Administration Act 1997 (WA). Sections 33 and 106 of the Land Act 1933 have been considered in numerous native title cases. Section 106(2) dealt with access of Indigenous people to unenclosed and unimproved parts of pastoral land for the purposes of seeking sustenance.
