    Summary Information:
    The Agreement between one of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission (ATSIC) Regional Councils and the central Queensland branch of the Queensland Department of Families was signed in Rockhampton on 22 February 2002.

    The agreement committed the signatories to jointly coordinate and develop services for indigenous people in central Queensland.

    Prior to the Agreement, the two agencies were working independently of each other.
