Summary Information:
The Maralinga Tjarutja Council is an incorporated body constituted by the Aboriginal traditional owners to administer the lands granted to the Maralinga Tjarutja under the Maralinga Tjarutja Land Rights Act 1984 (SA) (the Act). Division 3, sections 6 - 11 of the Act set out the constitution, powers and accountability requirements of the Council.
