The Ranger Uranium Project: Agreement (the Agreement) was entered into between the Commonwealth of Australia (the Commonwealth), Peko-Wallsend Operations Ltd (Peko), Electrolytic Zinc Company of Australasia Limited (EZ), and Australian Atomic Energy Commission (AAEC) on the 12 September 1980. Under the Agreement the Commonwealth, Peko, EZ and AAEC agreed to waive certain provisions of the Government Agreement of 9 January 1979.
