The Kula N'Gadu Association consists of four Aboriginal women who offer services such as art classes, cultural tours, school cultural events and artwork for sale. The name "Kula N'Gadu" means to be "proud of who you are and where you come from".

The Kula N'Gadu Association is a signatory to the Illawarra Regional Partnership Agreement (RPA), which was signed on 9 December 2010.
