The Youloe-Ta Indigenous Development Association is a Community Development Employment Project (CDEP) established by the Yarnteen Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Corporation in 1993.

The key role of the Youloe-Ta Indigenous Development Association is to provide mainstream employment opportunities for participants in the CDEP. Youloe-Ta operates an Indigenous Employment Centre that provides placements for 50 project participants. It is also a signatory to the Many Rivers Regional Partnership Agreement (RPA), which was signed on 25 August 2009.
Outcomes:
Between 1994 and 2002, the Youloe-Ta Indigenous Development Association CDEP placed over 200 participants into full-time traineeships and apprenticeships.
