Aboriginal Land Trusts are statutory bodies created under the Aboriginal Land Act 1991 (Qld). A Land Trust holds land granted under one of the mechanisms in the Act.

It is a body corporate of which the grantees are members, holding land on trust for the benefit of Aboriginal people, their ancestors and descendants. It is subject to restrictions in dealings with the land and is required to comply with the administrative and financial requirements of of the Aboriginal Land Regulation 1991 (Qld).
